A Pair Of Graceful Swans Adorn The Form Of This Vibrant Vase By The Great Camille Fauré. The French Enamel Artist Is Best Known For His Highly Sculptural Creations That Layer Enamel Atop A Copper Base Form. The Result Is A Luminosity And Brilliance Of Color That Set Them Apart From Other Decorative Vases Of The Period. He Created The Present Example In Collaboration With The Artist Alexandre Marty, Who, Along With His Daughter Henriette, Worked With Fauré Between 1919 And 1925. Together, They Developed New Enamel Production Methods That Involved Both Flamed And Frosted Enamels. Today, Those Works Signed By Both Artisans Are Highly Prized.
